Hungarian Telecom Plc.

Target:
To manage the permission acquisition process for broadband (optical) network development.

Solution:
Our team carried out the required professional discussions, negotiations and contract preparations with the relevant regional and nation wide regulatory bodies and other stakeholder organizations. The result was presented to the Committees and in General Meetings of Municipalities for approval.

Result:
Approved network development concept and acquired permissions.

Monor Smart City Project

Target:
Creation of a detailed Feasibility Study (FS).

Solution:

In accordance with the decision of the Hungarian Government, Monor was selected by the Ministry of the Interior to implement the pilot program for the nation wide Smart City concept.
In co-operation with major stakeholders (Ministry of the Interior, National Infocomunnications Services, Monor City) our team created the feasibility study.

Result:
The feasibility study was approved by major stakeholders followed by an edict issued by the Hungarian Government allocating financial resources for the implementation.

Rába Automotive Holding Plc.

Target:
Comprehensive audit of operations and creation of the new corporate strategy.

Solution:

Initiated by the Hungarian National Asset Management Inc., the management of the Rába Automotive Holding Plc revised the strategy of the holding. Comprehensive analysis, audit and the complete revision of the strategy from financial, legal and technical aspects were performed and presented to the Board of Directors. Our ZRC Solutions team acted as the technical expert and advisor in the modernization, digitalization, Industry 4.0, logistics, lean production domains.

Result:
Approved corporate strategy.

Cegléd City Project

Target:
Creation of an economic program for the term.

Solution:

After the municipal election, the leadership of Cegléd city intended to create a sustainable development strategy for the whole term and mandated ZRC Solutions team to do it.

Result:
Approved economic program.

Veszprém City Project

Target:
Creation of smart city concept for Veszprém.

Solution:

As part of the preparation to apply for the title “European Capital of Culture”, City of Veszprém created its smart city concept. Our team was responsible for identifying the key solutions and working out the strategy which was an integral part of the submission. The tender is won and the city was awarded to possess the honourable title in 2023.

Digital National Development Program

Target:
Strategy creation for the Ministry of National Development for the co-ordination of digital developments in Hungary.

Solution:

An edict issued by the Hungarian Government appointed the Governmental Agency for IT Development (GAID) to create the strategy. The program addresses the goals along the four pillars of the strategy:

1. digital community and economic development
2. enhancement and universalization of electronic public services
3. digital competence development 
4. increase broadband Internet coverage throughout the country 

Our ZRC Solutions team was involved as ICT experts.

Result:
Approved program.
